All purchased Fashione™ combination Solutions include Software Warranty and technical support. This is provided as ‘hand holding’ assistance with the implemetation of the system and aftercare support, ranging from 4 - 8 weeks commencing from 'Go-Live' date.
After the inclusive support period has expired the license holder is eligible for various continual support options from free email support to PAYGO or Assurance Policy in the form of a maintenance and support agreement for both hardware and software if required.
