Pay As You Go Support

You don't have to be tied to a support contract every year, our software has already proved to be stable and easy to use.

PAYG support means you are only charged for the time our Telephone helpdesk assists you with resolving a reported problem. In this day and age, retailers already know the basic's of computing and they will be better prepared to resolve problems within minutes and therefore not warranting an annual support contract.

If a problem did occur or even if you have forgot how to carry out a process, we will provide comprehensive telephone and remote support facilities (for both broadband and dial-up) with itemised call history logs provided on a monthly basis.

Call history logs are supplied with full details of the call, providing analysis for calls made by staff and preventive maintence of your system.

PAYG service is charged per minute.

Please remember that this Support Services are optional.

We strive to provide a support services for all types of users that is effective, fair and not outsourced.
